We'll also send out an email on your behalf to all classmates to give everyone an opportunity to be there whether they live in the area, happen to be traveling through, or want to go the extra mile.

Emails should include:

• Host or contact name(s) and email(s)
• A fun title and write-up of the event to get people there
• Date, location, time
• Cost per person (if it applies), otherwise $0 = pay your own way
